Meet Carl Ong

Carl Ong is a proud native of the Valley of the Sun, born and raised in Tempe, Arizona. After graduating from Corona del Sol High School, he pursued a degree in Marketing at Arizona State University, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

Carl's professional journey began in the entertainment industry, where he spent twelve years crafting marketing strategies for nightclubs and restaurants under his business, Liquid Karma Entertainment. Following the successful sale of that venture, Carl launched Travel 24-7, a full-service travel agency catering to clients across the United States and Canada. Drawing from his entrepreneurial background and marketing expertise, he also founded Create Proof Print, a thriving printing and marketing agency.

In the winter of 2019, Carl embarked on a new career in real estate, earning his license and quickly making a mark in the industry. He was named a 2020 Top Performer at his previous brokerage and has since received multiple accolades, including membership in the Million Dollar Month Club and recognition among the Top 20 agents at My Home Group.

Currently residing in Eastmark, Carl is an active member of the community, serving on the leadership team and volunteering regularly. He lives with his wife Cathy and their two children, Caitlyn and Hailey, along with their three dogs, Toffee, Coco, and Lucky. The family enjoys attending concerts, sporting events, and traveling, particularly to San Francisco 49ers games in Santa Clara, CA.

Deeply invested in the Scottsdale and Metro Phoenix areas, Carl leverages his extensive experience in entrepreneurship and marketing, as well as his intimate knowledge of the region, to benefit both buyers and sellers.
